Position: Undergraduate Intern

Job Summary:
Join the orange family as an undergraduate intern and gain practical, real-world experience across core banking functions. This structured program equips students with industry best practices, mentorship, and exposure to operational excellence—preparing you for a successful career in finance and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and projects within assigned department.
- Assist in data collection, analysis, reporting, and documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries, and contribute to departmental deliverables.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Education.
- Currently enrolled as a 2nd or 3rd-year undergraduate student at a recognized university.
- Pursuing a degree aligned with one of the preferred courses per department (see table below).

Skills and competencies.
- Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Basic understanding of banking operations or interest in financial services (preferred but not mandatory).
